What is SMN?
The division’s bridge to communities, partners, and education advocates.
Social Mobilization and Networking strengthens collaboration between schools and external stakeholders. It helps identify education needs, build partnerships, mobilize resources, and sustain initiatives that improve access and the delivery of quality basic education.
As part of the School Governance and Operations Division, SMN supports schools in engaging local government units, private organizations, civil society groups, alumni, parents, volunteers, and other partners. It also promotes clear documentation, accountability, monitoring, and recognition of stakeholder contributions.
